Cash Applications Assistant
Will assist the Cash Applications person with the daily tasks needed to accurately apply cash in IFS
Create deduction cover sheets
Assist Cash Applications Specialist with daily tasks and cash for other sites as needed
Code checks and wires with customer account numbers to ease the application process
Move customer deductions between WNA locations as needed
Attach back up to deduction cover sheet
File past months cash
Pull payment copies
Assist with month end reconciliation
Other duties as needed
High School Diploma
2-5 years experience
Cash applications and banking detail
Ability to lift less than 25 lbs.
Safety is always the number one priority. All actions taken will be conducted in the safest manner possible and without risking injury to yourself or others.
Follow all Safe Practices and safety policies and procedures.
Report all accident, incidents, safety violations, near misses or unsafe conditions to your Supervisory IMMEDIATELY. If any bodily fluid (bloodborne pathogens) are present, it must be properly cleaned by a trained employee.

Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices while in production areas
Adhere to all GFSI standards policies and procedures in regards to product Safety, Quality and Legality
