A full-time "Case Worker / Investigator" position is now available with Liberty Healthcare and the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services Adult Protective Services Program.

Your typical workday in this role will involve traveling to residences, nursing homes and long-term care facilities throughout the region - and conducting investigations of allegations of abuse, neglect, abandonment and/or exploitation of adults who have disabilities. You will document your findings, develop care plans, and manage approximately 20 active cases.

This position comes with a high degree of autonomy and a flexible work schedule which does include evening hours and weekends.

Since this position requires regional travel, you must have your own vehicle. Work-related mileage and toll expenses are reimbursed. As well, incoming employees receive a $1,000 bonus in their first paycheck.

You are a good fit for this position if you have a Bachelor's degree as well as work experience in one of these areas:

Case management / Social Work
Protective services
Service Coordinator / Supports Coordinator
Intellectual and developmental disabilities
Mental health / behavioral health
Field-base healthcare or human services

Knowledge of Social Assistance Management Systems (SAMS) and Home and Community Service Information Systems (HCSIS) is helpful. Spanish speaking skills are a plus.

VIEW JOBS Job Summary We are looking for a part-time Member Services Representative to join our team! This position will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service. * Handle all front desk related activities including: * Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions. * Check members into the system. * Take prospective members on tours. * Sig up new members calculating rates and monthly payment amounts. * Assist the Club Manager in counting the out the drawer as needed. * Facilitate needed updates to member's accounts. * Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Assistant Manager or Club Manager as needed. * Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club. * Completing daily assigned within first hour of your shift * Helping complete priority cleaning list each day * Completing walk-around and bathroom checks periodically * Helping complete any special cleaning projects as needed. * Other duties and responsibilities based on club needs. Qualifications * Must be 18 years of age or older. * High School diploma/GED equivalent required. * Customer service background preferred. * Basic computer proficiency. * Punctuality and reliability is a must. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * A positive, upbeat attitude and a passion for fitness and health! * Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member's expectations. * Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve. * Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language. As a Merchandising Service Associate - Plant Service, this means focusing on Live Plants while: * Being friendly and professional, and engaging vendors and associates to meet store needs. * Ensuring signage, pricing information, and displays are accurate so that merchandise is easy to locate. * Creating visually appealing product selections that are safe, clean, and easy for customers to access. The Merchandising Service Associate - Plant Service is primarily responsible for overseeing execution of all assigned Live Nursery merchandising service responsibilities and maintenance activities. This involves working outside in the garden center, ensuring merchandise is stocked, fronted, and priced according to plantograms and store-specific merchandising standards (e.g., stock, displays, promotion space). The Merchandising Service Associate - Plant Service works closely with the Merchandising Service Manager, Live Nursery Associates and store leaders to confirm priorities and needs (e.g., materials, supplies, time) while also providing ongoing plant service updates and feedback. The MSA - Plant Service is required to maintain a safe and secure work environment by conducting daily safety reviews, noting hazards, keeping store areas clean and organized, and monitoring for potential theft or security risks. Travel Requirements: This role does not require regular travel; however, this role may need to travel on occasion to meetings, trainings, or to support neighboring stores. What We're Looking For * Hourly Full Time or Part Time: Generally scheduled 39 to 40 or up to 25 hours per week, respectively; more hours may be required based on the needs of the store. * Requires morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight availability any day of the week. * May be asked to travel between stores within the district. * Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties. * Minimally must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance; may lift over 25 pounds with or without assistance. What You Need To Succeed Minimum Qualifications * Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction). * Ability to work overnight and weekends as required. * Ability to utilize web based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks. Preferred Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent. * 6 months of Lowe's sales floor experience. * 6 months of experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading plantograms, setting up and tearing down displays. * 3 months of experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment * Working knowledge of basic tools needed for the job (e.g., hand tools, drills, saws).
