Criminal Justice Education Program Case Manager


Court Support Services department of the Washington County Attorney's Office


$16.78 Per Hour

Administers evidence based case management services to assist adult participants in the Washington County Court Support Services Criminal Justice Education Program. Coordinates education admissions and provides continued support to reduce barriers for more successful outcomes. Identifies and assesses issues relating to language, cognitive ability, and emotional state of interviewees. (This is a grant funded position and the position may be eliminated if funding is discontinued.)

Gathers and reviews all pertinent information court related documents, treatment records, collateral information such as background information from parents/caregivers, law enforcement, DCFS (if applicable). Meets with parents/caregivers, law enforcement agencies as needed to monitor progress in treatment/supervision. Conducts random drug testing as needed and complies with result notification to immediate supervisor.

Education and Experience:

  • Graduation from college with a Bachelors degree in social work, science, criminal justice or a related field preferred.


  • Utah Peer Support Specialist Certification


  • Four years of equivalent work experience

Encompass Hospice Registered Nurses (RN's) work with patients, their families, and other health care professionals during the final stages of patients' lives. Our nurses must be capable of compassionate communication with patients and families, have keen observation skills, high ethical standards, and knowledge of when to alert doctors and others about changes in patients' conditions. Encompass Registered Nurses are the point of contact for all disciplines involved with providing 1:1 patient care. * In addition to performing visits and completing coordination of client care, manage the frequency of visits for the episodes. * Consults as needed with the physician and the office giving details about patient care. * Ensure the medication profile remains current. * Ensure lab values have been reported to the physician. * Attend weekly case conference and monthly case manager meetings.
