Case Manager

Location: Dorchester, MA - Girls Detention Unit within the Metro Youth Service Center

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Pay rate: $60,000-$63,500/annually

The Case Manager is responsible for:

• Assisting the Clinicians and Clinical Director in the implementation, ongoing development and management of the Program's clinical component.

• Providing direct case management and clinical support services, administering youth assessment and evaluation instruments as permitted by licensure and professional regulations.

• Serving crisis management and offering clinical support in the program milieu as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field preferred.

• Appropriate licensure preferred

• Two (2) years field experience, preferably with at-risk youth.

• Highly developed clinical skills.

• Demonstrated ability to assess and diagnose a client in crisis; client triage and referral skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and basic computer skills required.
