• Collaborate with a team consisting of RN Case Managers, Social Workers, and a Case Management Assistant

• Occasionally work weekends as needs arise

• Exhibit strong communication skills and vast clinical knowledge

• Adhere to the dress code: Navy scrubs for RNs, olive green top, and black bottoms for Social Workers and Case Management Assistants; business casual with a white lab coat allowed
