From emotional support to medical assistance, financial guidance, and psychosocial support, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients thrive.

Status: Full Time, Exempt

Location: Crossnore, North Carolina

Hiring Range: $40,000 - $50,000

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related Human Services field required with one year of directly related experience; or Bachelor's Degree in another field with two years of directly related experience.

• Previous work experience with residential programs preferred.

• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Develop individualized action plans and goals with residential children

• Connect clients with necessary resources and support systems

• Provide ongoing support, monitoring, and problem-solving

• Ensure accurate communication among team members regarding client needs and progress

• Embrace diversity and inclusion in the workplace and program area

• Utilize the Sanctuary Model to promote spiritual, social, educational, and emotional development

• Comply with all organizational policies, procedures, and program guidelines

• Promote a safe, secure environment for all individuals
