You will be developing clinically-based treatment relationships with persons diagnosed with serious and persistent mental illness, and helping them integrate into the community using a structured recovery plan: obtaining psychiatrist visits, medications, housing, substance abuse treatment, legal coordination and other services.

You will report to the crisis stabilization facility to work with the mental health clients, work with the treatment team, communicate with stakeholders in the community, and complete vital documentation. Case Mangers also host skill building and recreational groups onsite to aide in client recovery.

This position is onsite in Kaneohe. The facility operates 24/7/365. No on-call is required. This facility is an indoor/outdoor therapeutic compound with ramps, stairs, and gravel/uneven ground.

Currently Hiring Shifts: 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am

Part time: less than 20 hours per week

Full time: four or five 8 hour shifts (32-40 hours per week)


CER is an "essential business" in the state of Hawaii, and we are currently operating as normal. Everyone takes protective measures. Our staff follows our COVID-19 policies and stays safe. We provide all the necessary personal protective equipment, including masks, hand sanitizer, etc.

We are a close-knit agency, and you will have ample support from your supervisors.

Your treatment team includes managers with an open-door policy and licensed professionals who are always available to consult with you at any time.

Additionally, you will have regular team meetings, clinical supervision with your licensed supervisor, and ongoing behavioral health training. We provide ample training on evidence-based practices and community resources. Our approach to treatment is highly team oriented, so you always have the support of your peers and supervisors.


  • Preferred Bachelors degree in Psychology, Social Work, Health, Nursing, Counseling (or similar degree with course work in psychology)
  • Preferred 6-12 months experience (work, volunteer, or a combination) with at least one of the following populations: severely mentally ill (SMI/SPMI), developmentally disabled (DD), elderly, children, or other special needs populations.
  • Required: Access to a vehicle and valid drivers license, clean driving abstract, and valid safety check.
  • People who do well in this role are skilled in communication, time management, and comfortable with autonomy.


  • Up to 55k+, depending on performance. Plus monetary benefits listed below.

Manages a patient caseload in an effective and efficient manner. <br><br> Provides patient care independently, but also collaborates with other core disciplines in accordance with the patient's plan or care to meet care goals. Functions as a resource to patients, family members, and other care team members.</li></ul><p>Essential Functions:</p><ul><li><p>Completes initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments of the patient's needs at appropriate time points as assigned. Completes the nursing assessment of assigned patients. <br><br> Demonstrates ability to discuss and/or teach pertinent aspects of nursing care and patient rights and responsibilities. Identifies and reports problems, abnormal findings, or nursing diagnoses that need follow up.</p></li><li><p>Implements plan of care in accordance with identified needs. Coordinates patient care with other disciplines and integrates input from disciplines.
