Position: Case Manager (Part-time) Time Commitment : Part-time, 20 hours per week.

Part-time Salary : $29 hrly (DOE) Benefits : Not eligible Position Overview: The Case Manager supports youth survivors of sexual exploitation by providing trauma-informed case management. The role includes conducting needs assessments, developing care plans, and ensuring access to necessary services.

The Case Manager helps coordinate and monitor services and adjusts care plans as needed throughout the healing journey. Duties and Responsibilities: Carry a caseload of 16-20 clients Conduct thorough needs assessments and risk evaluations, including trauma and suicide assessments.

Develop personalized care plans for each client, coordinating with local services and referrals. Monitor and adjust care plans based on client progress, ensuring consistent access to services. Provide regular check-ins with clients and families to address any barriers to services.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including therapists and life skills mentors. Document client interactions and report on direct services, outputs, and outcomes. Meet with the Clinical Director weekly for supervision.

Qualifications: Requires a bachelor's degree or four years of relevant experience working with children, guardians/parents, and/or families, or a combination of education and experience totaling four years, with experience in trauma-informed care preferred. Holds an SSW or higher or higher licensure in good standing (required by statute UCA58-60-103). Experience in trauma-informed care, especially with youth survivors of sexual exploitation or abuse. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage caseloads effectively.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a trauma-informed approach. Proficient in using client management systems for documentation and tracking. Demonstrates a trauma-informed approach by understanding the impact of trauma and using strategies that promote safety, trust, and empowerment when interacting with individuals and families.

Must possess a valid driver’s license. Travel may be required, with the expectation that a personal vehicle may be used for job duties. Mileage will be reimbursed according to organizational policy. Physical demands include moderate exertion such as standing, walking on uneven surfaces,bending, crouching, and lifting moderately heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.). The role may involve exposure to potential risks, such as working in challenging environmental conditions or interacting with individuals in high-stress or trauma-related situations.
