Case Manager II (Intensive Therapeutic)

General Responsibilities:

Responsible for identifying and documenting the special service needs of clients (whether the services are readily available) and matching the client with appropriate services. # Makes regular contact with clients as well as participates in group functions for children, biological, and foster families as required. Acts as a liaison with public and private sector workers.# Keeps client, resource, fiscal, and statistical records as dictated by good practice and required by regulation.

Childline # DHS FBI clearance results are required prior to beginning employment. Bi-lingual/Spanish preferred # Education/Training: A BA or BS Degree in social service or a related field of study normally required; Master#s Degree strongly preferred.# # Experience: A minimum of two (2) years

; a minimum of one (1) year in a counseling profession required. Experience in social work or care management is essential.

ADA:

Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, reach, and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.; visual and auditory skills. Compensation and Benefits:
