The Case Manager, Community Corrections is responsible for programmatic goals, ensuring court-ordered conditions are met, and the reestablishment of family and community ties as required. Ensures contractual deadlines are met, and the residents' performance is monitored and documented properly. Provides exceptional customer service and complies with company policies and procedures.

Essential Functions:

  • Supervises caseload of residents/inmates to ensure program requirements are being met. Evaluates programming progress and participates in resident/inmate progress meetings. Conducts assessments.

  • Ensures accountability of residents/inmates in the community via phone calls, onsite checks, and verification of submitted documentation and requests.

  • Reviews and oversees resident/inmate financial obligations.

  • Reviews and evaluates resident/inmate behavior. Determines if disciplinary measures are needed.

  • Ensures resident/inmate physical and electronic file is up-to-date and contains all relevant and pertinent information.

VIEW JOBS 11/16/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-14T00:00 Job Description The Operations Supervisor, Community Corrections provides administrative and supervisory services associated with the security operations of the facility. Responsible for supervising monitoring staff and assures that adequate staffing is present at the facility at all times. Coordinates and reviews security services assuring full compliance with all policies, procedures, rules, regulations, standards and contractual obligations. Responsible for maintaining accountability of residents and providing comprehensive supervision to monitoring staff. Responsible for maintaining compliance with standards as set forth by the American Correctional Association and all other licensing, certifying, or accrediting agencies. Qualifications High School diploma, GED certification or equivalent is required. Two years of experience in a security or corrections related field is required. One year of supervisory experience is required. Additional related education may be substituted for the required work experience on a year-for-year basis up to one year. Additional two years related work experience in corrections, law enforcement, security or working with offenders may be substituted for the required supervisory experience. Strong verbal and written communications skills required. Must demonstrate knowledge of business management principles, laws, legal codes, and government regulations which are applicable to the corrections industry. Experience in Microsoft Office or other similar software applications is required. A valid driver's license is required. Minimum age requirement: Must be at least 20 years of age.
