The RN Manager Case Management will collaborate and coordinate with multidisciplinary to manage safe quality patient progression from admission to discharge alongside the nursing leadership care coordination team and serve as a clinical and technical resource for the case management team, and the clinical team of nurses, and support staff.

Case Management Nurse Manager will take on the role of serving as a patient advocate, and act as a liaison between all patient care services to ensure optimal patient experience. It is highly preferred, but not required, that the RN Manager Case Management candidate has 1 year of nurse leadership, and case management experience. Located in the greater New York City metro area, the Case Management Nurse Manager will have multiple commutable locations to live in.
