CASE MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR

DEPARTMENT: Community Corrections

HIRING RANGE: $25.36-$28.17/hour based on education and position related experience. Longevity pay after 3 years.

HOURS & DAYS OF WORK: 40 hours/week

LOCATION OF POSITION: Goshen or Elkhart Satellite Office

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Within County (please complete driving page on application)

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of Work Release; electronic monitoring, coordination of programs, and supervising assigned staff.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate's degree in criminal justice, social work, or behavioral science required

• Knowledge of treatment programs/services; local, state and federal regulations; Indiana Statutes

• Ability to prepare accurate detailed reports and to read and interpret reports/written documents of others; knowledge of standard office procedures

• Ability to work alone for long periods of time

• Ability to maintain required certification, including CPR, AED, IRAS, ECMS, CVSA, and PREA

• Valid Indiana driver's license

• Hepatitis B vaccine eligible

• Pre-employment background check and drug screen
