We seek a skilled and experienced Case IH Ag Technician to join our team! This exciting and rewarding position is at our Greeley, Colorado dealership. As a key member of our service team, you will play a crucial role in executing with expertise the set-up, repair, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance of Case IH equipment.

Essential Duties:

• Perform with skill, expertise, and a high level of quality and efficiency set-up, repair, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance on Case IH equipment

• Maintain current technical, mechanical, and product knowledge to perform work using the latest technology and care for our customer's equipment

• Maintain a clean and professional workspace

• Strong focus on safety for yourself and others

• Complete timely, detailed, and accurate documentation for customers and the service department

Education and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology or related program preferred

• Experience in Agriculture, Farming, Heavy Equipment, or other related fields

• Dealership service training or other related work experience preferred

• Proficient knowledge of Data Management (IT) and wireless communication systems a plus

• Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and Internet functions, database software, and computer application systems

• Solid organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills

• Ability to operate efficiently with a solutions approach

• Ability to work flexible hours within seasonal peak times

• A valid driver's license and insurable (no more than two minor moving violations in a three-year period) are required

Physical Requirements:

• Extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching overhead. Must be able to lift to 75 lbs. without assistance regularly. The position also requires grasping with both hands, pushing and pulling, working around moving machinery, driving a vehicle, extensive hours on a computer, hearing normal tones, speaking, and seeing.

Compensation:

• $22 to $45 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Training:

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday

• May need to perform duties outside of regular business hours

Work Location:

• This is not a remote position. Requires to be in person at the dealership location
