Case Facilitator, Employee Health

UC Health is hiring a full-time Case Facilitator for the department of Employee Health And Safety

The Case Facilitator is responsible for managing all aspects of employee leave of absence and accommodation requests. This includes the administration of Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), non-FMLA leave, military leave, personal leave, short and long-term disability, and requests for accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA), as well as other applicable accommodation requests.

Additionally, the role includes overseeing modified duty assignments. The Case Facilitator ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations, maintains accurate records, and provides support and guidance to employees throughout the leave and accommodation process. In addition, this role will coordinate compensation for absence to include PTO, STD, LTD and Worker's Compensation in collaboration with third party vendors.
