Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Florida provides programs and services for children and adolescents who face significant emotional, behavioral and intellectual/developmental challenges. Located in Viera, FL, this position is responsible for :

  • Working with the treatment team, families, and external team members.

  • Learning about systems of care, treatment planning and discharge planning (which would include community resources).

  • Preparing discharge letters/formal letters sent to external team members.

  • Tracking of clinical documentation, time management of treatment team meetings and small team meetings, management of contact lists, and additional Profiler clinical documentation.

  • Attending court or MDTs on behalf or with a child.

Requirements

Education:

  • High School Diploma / GED

required .

Experience:

  • At least two years of progressively responsible office experience. Experience in a mental health setting preferred

Other Requirements:

  • Must be able to complete a Three-Day new hire orientation clare; hours are approximately 9:00am to 5:00pm each day. Orientations are offered in Orlando, FL and Titusville, FL
  • Valid Driver's License
