Be the embodiment of honesty and integrity, upholding the principles of Paul Davis Restoration. Execute repairs on reconstruction projects, following the Project Manager's schedule. Deliver high-quality repairs promptly.

Tackle a variety of Work Orders, from finish work to intricate repairs with diverse components. Foster clear communication with the Production Manager and Project Manager. Engage in daily huddles to grasp project scope and timelines.

Take charge of the worksite, ensuring both the crew and the customer receive timely and essential information. Lead and mentor your assigned crew, passing on your expertise.
