Pronto Home Repairs is a fast-growing home repair company that specializes in carpentry, handyman, drywall and minor electrical. We are looking for a Skilled Carpenter/Handyman to do home repairs in the Fairfax, VA area.

Location:Fort Lauderdale, FL area.

Pay: $60,000 - $85,000

Schedule: Mon - Fri (weekend work also available)

Typical Repairs:

Install doors ( Interior and exterior)
Repair door frame ( rot, water damage or break-in)
Repair rot on window or siding
Repair deck boards, stairs, handrail, and post
Repair fence, panels, posts, and gates
Trim repair, baseboard, and crown molding
Drywall repair ( patches holes on walls and ceilings)
Soffits and Fascias
Replace and Install Ceiling fan/light fixtures

Requirements

Strong carpentry experience
Ensure that all work has been completed in a safe, prompt, and professional manner
Must have own tools ( power drills, compressor, circular saw, nail gun, etc)
Must have a valid driver license
Must have own vehicle

While you will report to corporate, you'll work closely with and support the needs of the onsite leadership team.This role will act as an IT support resource and be responsible for providing both Level 1 and 2 operational productivity assistance to internal customers. You will focus on hardware primarily (computers, network) and partner with the local Technology Productivity Consultant / Trainer (TPC) who will train and support the staff on a wide variety of software.
