Job Overview The incumbent performs carpentry duties necessary to maintain exterior and interiors of structures, to include installations, new construction, replacements, repairs and finishes.

Work Model: Onsite/Office-Based Responsibilities Essential Duties & Job Functions: Performs the carpentry duties necessary to maintain in good repair building woodwork and equipment such as bins, cribs, counters, benches, partitions, doors, walls, floors, stairs, casings, and trim made of wood.

Knowledge of hand and power tools Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others in a team environment. Ability to understand and have working knowledge of hazardous, safety, and environmental warnings. General knowledge of maintenance and construction trades Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements Mandatory: High school graduate or equivalent. Government Vehicle Operators License as required by Alabama State requirement.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to acquire and maintain government identification/common access card.  Ability to deal with a variety of people in a professional, courteous manner in diversified situations.

  Valid Alabama state Driver's License with acceptable driving record pertinent to the position.   Ability to successfully pass any background checks and/or drug testing required on the contract.   U.S.

Citizenship.
