What you'll do:

• Execute framing projects with precision and efficiency.

• Specialize in trim carpentry, showcasing an eye for detail and aesthetic finesse.

• Conduct drywall finishing to maintain and enhance the overall finish of projects.

• Collaborate with team members and other trades to ensure seamless project completion.

• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards at all times.

• This is a physically demanding job, and you must be able to crouch, bend, and lift objects throughout a normal shift.

What you'll need:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter with a focus on framing, trim carpentry, and drywall finishing.

• Experience in basement finishing preferred.

• Strong understanding of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools.

• Ability to interpret blueprints and project specifications accurately.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Physical stamina and agility for hands-on construction work.

• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
