What is the Re-Launch Program?

A program to welcome back talented professionals who took a voluntary break from their careers and are looking to get back to the workforce.

Who and Why?

If you've been out of the traditional workplace for two years or more, we welcome the opportunity to meet you and introduce this program. We're interested in hiring talented professionals with relevant financial services experience.

You will get the chance to work with talented individuals in a team environment while sharpening your technical skills. You will also be able to build new relationships and expand your network. We are expecting to interview candidates for multiple departments including operations, accounting, research and marketing. We have opportunities available in our New York, Greenwich and Dallas offices.


Applications are open currently. The program start date is expected to be onJanuary of 2020. Internships will last for a duration of 6 months, followed by a full-time offer dependent upon needs and performance.


  • Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent

  • Relevant experience in financial services which may include operations, equity research, finance and/or marketing.

  • Detailed oriented, have the ability to think creatively, and are highly motivated

  • Passion for the alternative asset management space.

  • The ability to communicate ideas and information effectively

Through various training activities, the Trainer will educate technicians, service personnel, sales associates and management on a new service program offering. The Trainer works under the guidance of Regional and National Training Managers to meet client deliverables. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, an excellent facilitator, and have top-notch communication skills. Candidates should have experience in automotive technical training, in-depth knowledge of vehicle service, and hospitality/customer experience training. Responsibilities * Train dealer teams on information and methods to support new service initiatives, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge, and maintaining client presentation standards. * Provide exceptional client service and follow-up with all stakeholders. * Build and maintain strong relationships with your assigned locations through personal integrity, expertise, and follow through. * Become the expert on all aspects of the service offering, including tools, technology, best practices, computer system, etc. * Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications * Minimum 3 years retail training/management experience * Automotive service/fixed operations experience * Excellent facilitation and presentation skills * Extensive Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Superior oral and written communication skills * Ability to engage dealership personnel at all levels (including management) and respond to questions/concerns in a positive manner * Exceptional interpersonal skills * Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines * Must be flexible enough to respond positively to changes in schedule based on the needs of the Client * Available to travel, 75-100%. * Ability to stand/walk up to 100% of shift * Frequently required to walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch * Ability to climb stairs as necessary Jackson Dawson Dallas TX
