Elevance Health CarelonRx Account Manager II Wilmington, Delaware Apply Now Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate must live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations listed on the requisition.

The CarelonRx Account Manager II is responsible for retention and operational excellence that meets/exceeds client service and satisfaction goals for a complex book of business supporting pharmacy. How you will make an impact: Cultivates/builds relationships with broker/consultant/client key decision makers through quality service.

Influences and collaborates with internal partners to deliver best-in-class service including resolving operational issues, root cause analysis, and driving recovery efforts that directly influence account retention and growth. Executes client-specific operational deliverables including benefit set up, reporting, and project support as needed. Leverages data to track account performance and identify trends/opportunities for input/recommendations on client growth and retention strategies.

Responsible for operational understanding of all Rx products and solutions. Supports implementation for new/existing clients and contract renewals. Minimum Qualifications:

Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 2 years of related experience in account management, sales, or managing business/client relationships; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary. Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

Proven health insurance plans account management and client retention experience most notably in Pharmacy sales and/or Pharmacy Benefit Management is highly preferred.

Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, organization, decision-making, problem-solving skills, and adaptability highly preferred. Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate efforts towards common goals preferred.

Excellent written, oral, presentation and interpersonal communication skills, strong executive presence with the proven ability to negotiate expectations between multiple parties strongly preferred.

Experience or knowledge of Salesforce and/or claims operating systems highly preferred. Proficient of Microsoft Office products, most notably in PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel and Word strongly preferred.

Salary and Benefits: For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary range for this specific position is $76,440 to $131,040. In addition to your salary, Elevance Health offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
