Caring for the Capitol — part of Caring for Family of Companies — is seeking a high caliber Caregiver Relations Manager dedicated to unparalleled professionalism, process adherence for our amazing Caregiving staff.

Scope of Duties 

At Caring for Family of Companies we look for people with a nurturing spirit and a genuine desire to support and care for others. In this role, you can expect some or all of the following duties:  

  • Assist with hosting and teaching Caregiver orientations, tracking ongoing training 
  • Caregiver management, ensuring compliance with set HR policies, on/offboarding 
  • Manage, coach, and provide ongoing support to staff, encouraging strong retention
