Caregiver/ PCA

Eminence Home Care is a reputable and well-established home care provider, dedicated to providing exceptional care to individuals in need. We are currently looking for a compassionate Caregiver with a valid driver's license to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients by providing personalized care and transportation services.

Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation. Additionally, you will be responsible for transporting clients to appointments, errands, and social outings, ensuring their safety and comfort on the road.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, if necessary
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and social outings
• Engage in meaningful conversations and provide companionship to clients
• Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior
• Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning and laundry

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Prior experience as a caregiver or similar role
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Compassionate and caring nature
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility with schedule to accommodate client needs
