Caregiver/ PCA

Eminence Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Warminster, PA. The Caregiver will be responsible for providing support to our clients and helping them lead independent and fulfilling lives in the comfort of their own homes. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of our clients by providing assistance with daily activities, medication management, and personal care needs.

Hours Needed:

Day Shift 10am-6pm M-F

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care activities such as bathing, grooming and dressing.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management.
• Prepare and serve meals, and assist with feeding as necessary.
• Provide companionship and engage in conversation with clients to promote their emotional well-being.
• Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients, including light housekeeping duties and laundry.
• Document client care activities in accordance with Citadel Home Care policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in a home care setting, preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
