In need of an in home care provider in the West Valley for clients in Glendale, Peoria, & West Phoenix area

Provide assistance with the activities of daily living: Personal care, showering, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene, continence care, exercising, transferring, turning/re positioning, safety supervision, feeding, medication reminders, transportation and companionship. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• AZ DRIVERS LICENSE
• PROOF OF CAR INSURANCE (if wanting to run errands/doctor appts)
• FINGER PRINT CLEARANCE CARD
• CURRENT TB TEST RESULTS
• CPR CERTIFICATION (will accept on-line training)
• 1ST AID CERTIFICATION (will accept on-line training)
• 6 MONTHS EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
• 3 PROFESSIONAL REFERENCES
