Through this person-centered approach, we provide residents with a tailored care plan encompassing daily care, the physical environment, activities, meaningful connections and nutrition.

Caregiver in Training - learn how to:

• Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, assistance with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence

• Escort residents both within the building and outside, as needed

• Assist with setting up, serving meals and cleaning up afterwards

• Assist with the planning and executing of activities for residents on a regularly scheduled basis

• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times

• Provide specialized care and services to residents living with Alzheimer's and/or dementia

• Administer medications

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or GED preferred.

• No experience necessary - just a positive can-do attitude and passion for serving others
