Job Summary:
Responsible for engaging students and alumni in career readiness activities such as individual consultations and career related workshops and increasing usage of career resources and platforms. Create career resources and develop strategic campus and community partnerships to help support the career development of special populations (i.e. first generation students, transfer students, multicultural students, students with disabilities, international students, student veterans), and other undergraduate and graduate-level student populations and alumni. Participate in departmental and university career readiness efforts, tracking engagement and assessing services offered. Other duties as assigned.
The hours for this position are 8:00am - 5:00pm with occasional evening and weekend work required for career programming and special events.
Some physical activity required. May need to lift up to 40 lbs on occasion.

Position Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
One year of related experience.
Ability to obtain GCDF, CCSP, or other Career Services credentials within one year of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree
Experience providing educational or career support to undergraduate and graduate student populations.
Higher education experience in career services, counseling, or related students, encompassing experience with multicultural student populations.
GCDF, CCSP, or CCC certification.
