Real Estate Non-Credit Trainers (Part Time Temporary Applicant Pool)
Position Reports to: Director of Workforce Development
Duties
Effective delivery of required content material to students seeking to obtain a PA salesperson license- 30 hour and 45 hour course
Teach in person or online through colleges' learning management system, depending on the needs of the students
Maintain accurate student records for attendance that comply with school policy and state real estate commission requirements
Effectively manage student course materials for distribution
Create and deliver effective lesson plans and instructional materials based on book and course curriculum
Qualifications
A minimum of 6 years of experience in the field of real estate
Valid PA Real Estate License required (Salesperson or Broker)
Prior teaching experience or training required
In-depth knowledge of national and state-specific real estate principles and practices
Proficiency with standard technology to be used for instruction
Strong interpersonal skills, as well as exceptional oral and written communication skills
Ability to conduct presentations for both small and large-group instruction
Ability to adapt instruction as necessary to meet the needs of the students
Computer literacy
