Office 365 Training Specialist, Non-Credit Trainers (Part Time Temporary Applicant Pool)
Position Reports to: Director of Workforce Development for Information Technology
The Office 365 Training Specialist requires the ability to take concepts and procedures and develop cohesive learning materials in a Microsoft Office 365 environment. The focus of this position is on content development and delivery in an eLearning, and in-person environment. Local travel may be required.
Job Responsibilities:
Communicate technical topics in written format and/or deliver to classes
Create and deliver technical web based and in-person, or hybrid classes with Microsoft Teams and virtual computers
Successfully work in a highly dynamic team environment
Deliver high quality technical content to users and executive level managers
Providing training materials on the administration of a Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook enterprise environment
Create technical training materials for local administrators using an instructional design model
Experience & Education:
Bachelor's degree (additional specialized education can substitute the degree requirement)
A minimum of five (5) years of experience training Office 365 required.
In-depth understanding of the Microsoft Office 365 online environment
Broad knowledge of Office 365 online applications and Office 2019 desktop applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and OneNote)
In-depth understanding of OneDrive functionality, document sharing processes, strategies, and troubleshooting locally installed sync clients
Complete understanding of the Teams locally installed clients
Understanding of the virtual computing environment
