We are currently seeking a Field Operations Coordinator for our Coiled Tubing division in Odessa, TX.

PURPOSE:

Oversees the management and coordination of workforce in the field as well as the effective direction of manpower, materials, equipment, and tools for effective and efficient field operations reducing or eliminating non-productive time. Manages external relations with customers and vendors. Works in coordination with other management to optimize labor and assets according to the strategic plans and goals for the business. Ensures compliance with all company, local, state, and federal regulations.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Effectively facilitates operations of the product line on site as well as the supervision and management of subordinates. Responsible for quality control and assurance of all equipment and services on site as well as adhering to all HSE policies including: DOT/FMCSA regulations.

  • Coordinates and monitors all product line service employees; instructs proper procedures to perform safe and efficient operations.

  • Provides technical support to colleagues and customers.

  • Build rapport to develop long-lasting relationships with clients

  • To provide subject matter expertise and guidance to internal and external stakeholders

  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge

  • Briefs all service employees prior to scheduled job to ensure ability to exceed customer expectations; coaches and directs service personnel to provide context on work tasks; verifies tools and equipment for scheduled job.

  • Acts as primary contact for service employees on location; continuously communicates throughout scheduled jobs to ensure proper execution of customer's vision and expectations; troubleshoots issues as necessary to quickly resolve issues.

  • Works in coordination with all management to ensure quality control and assurance to company QMS standards of all equipment and services on site; alerts and involves district management in all issues [e.g. employee performance, equipment issues, etc] as needed

  • Supports business development activities with new and existing customers including a customer-oriented experience for services delivered as well as drive toward a customer-oriented experience for services delivered

  • Reinforces and cultivates a culture with a strong safety awareness including compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and company policies. Immediately addresses any lapse in compliance

  • Performs other duties as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: High School Diploma/Equivalent

  • Degree Field (s): •

  • Work Experience: 0-2 years

  • Supervisory Experience: Not Applicable

  • Related Experience:

  • Current applicable HSE certifications

  • Proficiency in TrakQuip, MS Office Suite, time, and expense applications

  • Acceptable Driving Record

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: High School Diploma/Equivalent

  • Degree Field (s): •

  • Work Experience: 4-6 years

  • Supervisory Experience: 1-3 years

  • Related Experience:

  • Financial and oilfield services business acumen

  • Ability to manage conflict, influence, and negotiate with internal stakeholders

  • Must possess extensive reasoning skills including analysis, coordination, and innovation

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Precise hand/eye coordination: Occasionally
