Job Summary:

The Epic Ambulatory Analyst utilizes his/her extensive knowledge of the client's clinical or business requirements, application capabilities, and his/her technical skills to implement and support applications. The Analyst is responsible for the implementation of new applications, upgrades, and modifications to existing systems and assisting in the coordination of these efforts.

The Analyst is also responsible for the application configuration, go-live support, and on-going client support. He/she works on multiple projects concurrently. The Analyst provides outstanding client service and contributes to the organization's mission of utilizing information technology to improve patient care.

Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm

Job Essentials:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a healthcare environment.

  • PC Proficiency required. Windows and MS Office applications proficiency required.

  • Good organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills necessary.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.

License/Certification/Registry:

Certification in EpicCare Ambulatory application is required.
