Summary

The Business Analyst - Accounts Payable supports the Corporate Accounts Payable team with financial analysis and reports including monthly / quarterly analysis and special projects, working hand-in hand with the AP Managers and Director of Accounts Payable. This role provides user support and develop functional knowledge.

This position will support our Finance team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be located in Dallas, TX.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform the end-to-end payment run process

• Assist with Amex, Pcards, and T&E

• Assist with the 1099 reporting process

• Develop ad-hoc management reports

• Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting is preferred

• One (1) to three (3) years experience in Accounting or Accounts Payable

• Experience with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

• Must have strong aptitude in Microsoft Office products (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint; working knowledge of SAP is preferred
