The Care Sales Specialist (CSS) develops and drives the service renewal process for Poly service sales to end-user customers through Poly channel partners. The CSS also aligns with multiple Poly account managers and remotely engages end-users and channel partners with appropriate qualifying questions and conversations to drive interest in Poly services.
This role will focus almost exclusively with the Federal Team dealing with both DOD and Civilian renewals.
Develop in-quarter renewal pipeline to support achievement of quarterly and annual targets
Establish & maintain good working relationships with end users, account managers and channel partners
Drive service revenues in excess of $9M annually
Conduct meetings which include driving renewal closure, identifying and closing up-sell opportunities
Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly commits that identify required opportunity to meet quota
Maintain daily accurate forecast and pipeline data in Salesforce.com
3+ years' inside or service sales experience in a fast-paced, high volume environment with a proven track record of successful achievement against individual quota
Successful history of strategizing to achieve sales goals through internal and external resources
Aptitude for acquiring selling skills and technical product knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Expertise in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience working with Federal Accounts is beneficial
Experience working with Salesforce.com is beneficial
