Key Responsibilities: Create a safe and stimulating environment with age-appropriate activities Prepare meals and snacks for the client Assist with basic care provider duties such as feeding, diapering, and bathing Help with homework and school projects as needed Maintain open communication with family and provide updates on the client's daily activities and progress Light housekeeping tasks related to the client, such as washing dishes and tidying up toys Requirements: Must have a smartphone First Aid and CPR Certified or willing to get certified within 90 days At least two (2) years of proven professional experience as a child or adult care provider (nanny, babysitter, daycare worker, caregiver, etc.) Basic knowledge of child development and safety practices Good communication and organizational skills A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and valid car insurance (preferred) Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required Pay: $21.00 Benefits: Weekly pay (45% more than the national average) $600 sign-on bonus $100 referral bonus for every care provider referred Performance-based bonuses Flexible work schedule
