What you'll be doing...

Our role as Platform Product owner requires you to become well versed in the architecture of ourplatform and ecosystem. You will become the SME in not only our universe but how our platform connects to external systems including 3rd party systems. As our Platform lead, you are trusted to partner with the Operations and Care lead to set the direction for the care tools that are part of the overallplatform. The direction and inputs of our Care Platforms product owner develops the roadmap and requirements for all Care platforms including our customer service tool, chat inputs, social tools, and AI/automation work streams.

  • Ensure that care tools are working optimally by defining care KPIs and performance benchmarks. In addition, measure and set prioritization around AI automation.

  • Build and continuously improve the technical library for platforms. This includes documentation and technical requirements grooming. Documentation will be leveraged by the training team to produce assets for ongoing training of vendor care team.

  • You will development a comprehensive understanding of the full technical architecture for Visible (Salesforce, Nuance, ASAPP, VISIBLE SAP, Sprinlkr, APIGEE, Braintree, as well as legacy VZW systems such as MTAS, MARS, ETNI, VZ SAP, Infomanager & CIM) and become our Subject Matter Expert

What we're looking for...

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably Computer Science) or equivalent work experience

  • Scrum certification preferred

  • Previous experience working with Salesforce, Nuance and our other tools preferred

  • Previous experience working as a Product Owner and the product life cycle essential

  • Have a solid grasp of SCRUM and understand how to utilize JIRA, and be able to perform Scrum ceremonies if required

  • Exceptional relationship building skills required

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Well versed with all MS Office tools

  • Strong reporting and dashboarding skills required

  • Previous experience supporting a Care operation preferred

VIEW JOBS 11/14/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-12T00:00 Be a hands-on Tech Lead to lead and coach the Data Platform team as they build out data pipelines, data integrations, and publicly available APIs. In this role, you will report directly to the Sr. Director of Engineering in the Denver office and guide the team to build out and maintain systems which are critical to the success of FullContact. All numbers are in the billions and trillions, and the tech is hot off the press. The Data Platform team is primarily focused on enabling internal and external customers to gain access to our various sources of data. This involves integrating with external APIs and datasets, creating coherent representations of the data and then providing access for our customers, both internal and external. The team works on both live streaming and batch systems so that we can be the best in class for contact management and leverages machine learning. What You'll Do * Be the lead of the Data Platform team which currently consists of four high caliber engineers * Work with Product and Engineering Leaders to define and attain quarterly goals * Ensure a high level of collaboration and communication of both internal and external teams * Help team build out proper tooling and metrics, to ensure a high quality of service on APIs and Data Integrity * Work with leadership to grow the team as the business grows * Lead team through technical discussions What the Team Does * Process large amounts of data leveraging Big Data Tech (Spark, Cassandra, Athena, Kafka and much more) * Create and maintain fleets of high volume microservices (10,000's requests/sec in some cases) * Expose data and tools to internal teams through APIs and libraries * The team works to aggregate and normalize dirty contact-centric data * Account for quality and security as you build Your Traits * You lead by example in the face of adversity * You are creative and enjoy solving problems * You are curious.
