AccentCare is seeking reliable, compassionate Care Partners. At AccentCare we provide paid training, sick time, mileage & travel time (between Clients), and we work with your schedule offering a variety of shifts.

Job Summary:

The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position. They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities and skills required of personnel so classified.

Care Partners provide both Personal Care Services (hands-on) as well as Homemaking Tasks (non-hands-on) for clients. The purpose of the Care Partner is to provide non-medical support to the client, enabling them to remain in their own home.

  • Responsible for providing personal assistance services such as light housekeeping, personal care, respite, and escorts for the client in accordance with the established service plan to enable the client to function in the home and community.

  • Shall perform services as identified on the Service Plan.

  • Report to the supervisor any significant changes in client's circumstances or condition.

  • Shall report emergency situations to appropriate individuals in accordance with written policies.

  • Check for safety measures to be taken on an on-going basis for client and attendant protection.

  • Comply with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies and procedures including, but not limited to the Compliance Program: Code of Conduct, HIPAA and Documentation Standards.

  • Maintains a commitment to the values and mission of AccentCare.


  • Current CPR Certification & First Aid Certification (Ask us how we can help)

  • California Caregiver Registration (Ask us how we can help)

  • Current TB Test (within 90 days of hire)

  • Current Valid Driver License & Automobile Insurance (preferred for authorized drivers)

  • Two (2) professional references.

  • Must be able to work in a safe manner without direct supervision

  • Must be able to respond to emergency situations in a calm and effective manner

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on multiple programs for major marketing partners. Projects area's include partner evaluation, performance management, and risk mitigation. PROJECT MANAGER, MARKETING PARTNER PROGRAM RESPONSIBILITIES * Act as a dedicated project manager for the FB marketing partnerships team and coordinate across multiple work streams to execute against project plans Demonstrate capabilities to engage directly with partnerships, integrity, and company leadership on strategy and be able to pivot to granular detail within working teams Display effective organization skills and manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities Manage one or more external vendor including overseeing multiple workstreams and managing deliverables Promote, manage, and deliver the continuous improvement of project activities and delivery Propose solutions to process and workflows challenges Become an expert in the FB marketing partner ecosystem and be able to anticipate and mitigate risks to meeting project milestones Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences Integrate and synthesize information from multiple teams, including product, legal and policy domain knowledge, in order to analyze complex issues, mitigate risks and solve problems MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Technology or a related field 6+ years of program/project management experience Experience leading departmental and enterprise-wide projects Experience managing stakeholders and cross-functional teams from project initiation through close Experience with creative problem-solving approach Experience taking an analytical approach to solving business problems PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Passion for Facebook and it's suite of products Experience working on legal, compliance, or regulatory affairs related initiatives PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management certification(s) Facebook's mission is to give people the power to build community and bring the world closer together.
