SAMHSA chose New Jersey as one of 8 states to take part in this groundbreaking national initiative. The CCBHC features a new approach to care designed to improve overall health by treating the whole person through community based mental health and addiction treatment.   • Provides community-based services to consumers and consumer's family in the community;

  • Facilitates service linkage in the mental health and non-mental health, health system; coordinating and integrating services from multiple providers;

  • Assists and supports individuals in developing skills to gain access to needed medical, behavioral health, housing, employment, social, educational and other services essential to meeting basic needs;

  • Provides training and/or direct service support to individuals in the use of basic community resources such as transportation and financial resources;

  • Provides necessary support to ensure that individuals needs and goals are addressed, including aggressive advocacy, escort to appointment, daily living skill remediation and money management;

  • Provides accurate and timely documentation of services in the electronic health record;

  • Provides 24 hours/7 days per week on call crises intervention, including in person response on a rotating basis, including evenings and weekends;

  • Works collaboratively with the Clinical Team;

  • Driving and travel throughout Mercer County required;

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field

  • Two years experience working with persons with serious mental illness preferred; one year required

  • LPN preferred

  • Case Management experience preferred

Position Summary We are passionate about how care is delivered in the Emergency Department. We believe by accelerating patient-care decision-making, optimizing resource utilization and ultimately enabling our customers to deliver better care for their patients while improving performance, we can transform care delivery in the ED. This is our mission! In this role, you will be a part of a dynamic marketing team responsible for developing strategies to grow US ED franchise, our largest customer segment. The Product Manager supportsour ED business from strategic and tactical standpoint. Acts as a subject matter expert on our products/solutions, and manages the US ED segment day-to-day, in collaboration with other US marketing teams and field sales. Proactively identifies new opportunities to grow and differentiate the franchise and collaborates across the organization to effectively launch new initiatives on-time and on-budget. Main Responsibilities Proactively manages all aspects of ED marketing, evolving to stay ahead of the market and keep relevant to changing US ED landscape and customer preference. Strategic and day-to day responsibilities include: * Input into annual marketing plan based on business objectives, product strategy and customer needs. * Developing marketing programs and working with marketing communications and creative agencies to develop promotional collateral. * Engaging and influencing commercial teams and other functions on business strategy & objectives. * Partnering with Regulatory colleagues in the review and negotiation of materials to ensure competitiveness, accuracy, and compliance. * Market shaping, including publication strategy, KOL management, advocacy and guidelines. * Executing the marketing mix as defined in the marketing plan. * Acting as technical expert/SME for the segment to business and all key stakeholders. * Managing communication of all product related announcements / issues. * Supporting US commercial and sales to deliver on the franchise business goals. The position requires the ability to understand the technology and capabilities of Abbott Point of Care products, market and customer dynamics – including competitive assessment. The candidate must be highly organized, self-directed and goal-oriented with the ability to manage many tasks/projects and adapt in a rapidly changing environment. Accountability * Achievement of product revenue, margin objectives, market share and brand building over the long term. * Achievement of annual goals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. MBA, Masters is a plus. Minimum total experience of 5 years with 3 years of product marketing experience in US Hospital segment. In-vitro diagnostics, medical device, or experience in Emergency Department is a plus.
