Overview

SPNet a wholly owned subsidiary of Select Medical, a fortune 500 medical services company is looking for a Care Management Coordinator in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

The position requires excellent customer service, organizational and interpersonal skills. Must possess problem solving abilities and experience with computers and data entry.

The position requires excellent telephone skills with strong written and oral communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills required including ability to complete job tasks with accuracy. Duties include data entry, authorization verification, care coordination, answering phones, and scheduling referrals etc. This position is Monday Friday.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates should at a minimum possess an Associate Degree or a high school diploma with at least 3 years' experience in a medical front office setting or a customer service setting.

Job Description * Interact professionally with providers and ancillary staff to provide appropriate and timely response to inquiries and concerns regarding provider enrollment and file maintenance for health care programs * Process to completion 100 percent of assigned requests utilizing documented work instructions daily and meet or exceed daily minimum targets * Provide outreach and assistance in completing health care programs provider enrollment applications * Contact providers by phone 10 business days prior to the application closing out for no response in an effort to resolve remaining deficiencies * Send out provider applications, forms and other provider correspondence as requested * Adhere to quality assurance program in order to improve daily processing of requests with a minimum quality score of 98 percent * Make recommendations to departmental leadership to improve efficiency effectiveness of current manual processes through systemic modifications * Maintain strict confidentiality of information and job files as dictated by current HIPAA requirements * Respond to escalations as assigned within the specified due dates * Maintain flexibility to work overtime as dictated by daily production inventory requirements * Perform other duties as assigned by leadership Accenture Inc Austin TX
