Position: Registered Nurse RN - Care Coordination

Shift: Full Time - Day Shift

Experience:

1.Three years of recent clinical experience required

2.Leadership experience preferred.

Education:

1.BSN or Bachelor's degree in Clinical Discipline required.

2.Master's Degree in Clinical Discipline strongly preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:

Active PA RN license required
