FULL-TIME - MONDAY - FRIDAY - DAYS - WEEKEND REQUIREMENTS: AS NEEDED
Assumes advocacy and accountability for a group if patients during all or part of the continuum of care. Provides a single standard of care to patients via the therapeutic use of self, the scientific process, the environment, instrumentation and other health care team members. In conjunction with and in support of the physician-led multidisciplinary care team, assures the appropriate use of clinical resources to accomplish the optimal clinical outcomes. Demonstrates knowledge of growth and development; assesses data reflective of the patient's status; and identifies each patient's requirements relative to age specific needs along the continuum of care. Performs specific job criteria/performance standards according to prevailing professional standards.
Completion of a nursing program from an accredited school of nursing
Three years of related experience
State of Florida Registered Nurse
Basic computer proficiency
