FedPoint, a leading third-party administrator of large-scale insurance and benefit programs, is seeking a talented and motivated Care Coordination Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Care Coordination Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing essential administrative support to our Care Coordination department.

This position is Part-Time (20 hours per week)

Flexible hours/days between 9-5 Monday -Friday may be negotiated.

Location: Our office is located in Portsmouth, NH. This is a Hybrid position that requires 2 days in office.

Your Impact:

Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring and managing vendor requirements and feeds, allocating completed files into Care Coordination work queues, performing correspondence quality assurance, initiating and tracking recertification processes, and procuring BE (Benefit Eligibility) information. If you have a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we invite you to apply.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Prior experience in insurance operations and/or medical experience in a support role is preferred.

  • Demonstrate strong technical abilities, showcasing proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Embrace a collaborative mindset, fostering strong working relationships and thriving in a team environment.

  • Exemplify exceptional attention to detail, setting priorities effectively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.

  • Communicate with clarity and professionalism, both verbally and in writing, ensuring effective information exchange.

  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leveraging your technical aptitude to overcome challenges.

  • Bring your organizational prowess to the table, delivering work with a high level of efficiency and accuracy.

  • Uphold the principles of compliance and fraud management, following corporate and departmental policies diligently.

  • Willingness to engage in mandatory training sessions on an annual or more frequent basis, as required, to enhance your professional growth and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
