Services provided by the Cardiovascular Team Lead will include, but are not limited to, general patient care, assistance with procedures, documentation of activities and patient/family education.# The Team Lead also performs job duties, which are specific to department in which they are working; these duties will require special training.
They will provide care utilizing established principles and ethical standards as well as policies and procedures established by Deaconess. The Cardiovascular Team Lead is responsible for the leadership, coordination and management of the daily operations, front desk personnel and clinical personnel of the department they are over. The Cardiovascular Team Leader assures that the practice functions efficiently to support the physicians and/or midlevel providers in providing safe and compassionate patient care.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and must clearly demonstrate#all required#competencies. The education/experience, certifications, skills, physical demands, and work environment described below further define requirements associated with this position. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations RN#s must have a current state appropriate licensure as a Registered Nurse. Experience preferred but not required. BLS CPR provider certification required.
