Position Summary:

Performs all modes of testing including EKG's, Holter Monitoring, assists in cardiac stress tests and Thallium Stress Tests. Responsible for all patient records, filing and booking appointments for the department.

Must be competent in EKG modalities for all age groups from newborn to adult. Performs other duties as assigned.

Scheduled Hours
24 hours per week, day shift.

Highschool Diploma or GED required. Must have excellent interpersonal skills.

Experience in hospital or healthcare setting and a background in medical terminology is preferred. Certification preferred. BCLS required.

VIEW JOBS 4/19/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-07-18T00:00 Quality Assurance Engineer The Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible to deliver results as a key member of the Quality team and CFT (cross-functional team) representing the customers' best interests, assures product and process quality and effectiveness throughout the product life cycle from design through post-delivery support. Skilled at developing and implementing quality plans, programs, and procedures using quality control methods, lean manufacturing concepts, and analyses. Ensures product quality conforms to established company, customer and regulatory requirements. Reviews, analyzes and reports on quality discrepancies related to assemblies and processes. Responsibility may include planning and implementing process quality plans for new product or process introductions. * Ability to engage early in the planning stages to characterize sourcing, manufacturability or programmatic risk to ensure product Quality performance. * Ensures flow down (implementation) of product information and ensures compliance with contract, regulatory requirements, quality requirements and product plans. * Reviews practices, procedures and processes seeking avenues to improve efficiencies and effectiveness and reduce risk to product quality. * Identifies systemic performance issues and proposes and implements solutions to ensure root cause analysis and corrective solutions are implemented with closure. * Provides technical review of major deliverables prior to delivery to customer. Includes reviewing deviations, acceptance test results and anomaly conditions. Writes technical reports. * Engages and applies practical problem solving methods and root cause analysis and corrective actions on product investigations (e.g. Quality actions, product returns, and customer feedback) * Audits for deficiency identification, correction and continuous improvement. * Analyzes, interprets, trends data and executes improvement on key performance metrics. Manages quality data for accuracy and report generation. * Identifies and insures documentation of potential risk with mitigation plans Position Requirements * BS in a technical discipline (e.g.: BSIE, BSME etc) experience in a Quality environment preferred. Five (5) plus years' experience in mid to large size matrix organization, preferably in high technology, semi-conductor, electrical or electrical engineering, or test / integration. * Hands-on engineer that has experience in new product development, design reviews, manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, product integration, proficient in control plans, risk reduction, FMEA, and SPC techniques * Has created, reviewed, implemented policies and procedures, work instructions and test procedures. * Possesses audit skills for product and process audits internally, at suppliers, and customer integration sites. * Fundamental understanding of problem solving methods – i.e. Six Sigma, 8D, root cause analysis, and statistical tools to analyze problems, evaluate and complete improvement projects. * Ability to work on and or lead projects with cross-functional teams * Open minded, collaborative, self-starter, takes ownership Knowledge, Skills and Abilities * Knowledge of Continuous Improvement concepts and practices, experience using statistical process control tools * Knowledge of Quality Management Systems ISO9001, IATF 16949 preferred * Experience working in a team environment, leading, facilitating teams preferred * Knowledge and familiarity with inspection tools and methods and metrology, control plans * Strong oral and written communication skills * Proficient in MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project & Minitab Certificate/Licenses/Special Requirement Certified by American Society for Quality and or specialized areas such as Six Sigma, Lean management desired.
