Cardiology IS Analyst

Responsible for specific tasks related to Cardiology Information Systems and other computer systems within the Cardiology department.# Responsibilities include system administration, system maintenance, system patching, database maintenance, system upgrades and report generation.# Provides technical and system support for end users in Cardiology and remote facilities.# Works closely with our Epic Cupid team on integration and end user support. Candidate should consistently provide excellent customer service to end users.

Qualifications:#A#technical and/or clinical background accompanied by experience with computers, databases, networking, system administration and system troubleshooting are a good basis to build upon.#Associates or Bachelor#s Degree in computer science / technical degree#required;#significant#work#experience may substituted for formal training. Three (3) to four (4) years experience in working with and managing software applications required. Must have good communications skills with the ability to work courteously and effectively with all levels of staff including physicians, technical staff, health care staff, and vendors.
