Cardiology Inpatient And Outpatient Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant - Baltimore Metro Area - Medstar Health

MedStar Health is pleased to announce an Advance Practice Provider opening with our established cardiology practices at MedStar Union Memorial Hospital and MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital, sister campuses, located in downtown Baltimore.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in cardiology, post-graduation, thorough documentation skills, great work ethic and be able to work autonomously while being connected regularly with non-invasive cardiologists and advanced practice providers. The full-time schedule for this role will be Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm, rotating weekly. Work one week on the inpatient side and then the next week work in the outpatient clinic. Responsibilities include seeing hospital discharge and follow-up patients and supervising stress tests. PAs and NPs are welcome to apply and have or be able to obtain a Maryland license. Interested nurse practitioners are preferred to have acute-care based certification. This job excludes holidays, weekends, after-hour or call responsibilities.
