We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Cardiac Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a Cardiac RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care utilizing the nursing process and specialized procedures in a cardiac care setting. Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and reassessments, applying the nursing process. Administer specialized procedures and equipment including cardiac monitoring, care of patients pre/post CABG, and management of specialized medications/drips. Maintain accurate and detailed nursing documentation.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and self-care techniques. Supervise and delegate tasks to healthcare staff as needed.

Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance patient care processes. Requirements: Associate’s degree in nursing required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Valid RN license and CPR certification.

ACLS, BLS, NIHSS EKG certification required. Minimum of 2 years experience in cardiac nursing; 5 years preferred. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of cardiac procedures and equipment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with professionalism.
