Work Schedule: 4 -10 hr days per week. Mon-Fri 7:00 am-5:30 pm. No weekends or holidays. Some travel to outreach clinics.

What You Will Do

As a Cardiac Device Technician Associate with St. Vincent Health-IN, you will have the opportunity to oversee device programming including the integration and reprogramming of devices and monitoring of patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Educates patients regarding procedures. Addresses and communicates patient concerns regarding devices to physicians.

  • Administers, monitors and reprograms devices.

  • Maintains documentation of reported information and may perform additional clerical duties as assigned.

  • Maintains supply inventory.

What You Will Need

Licenses/Certifications/Registration:

  • Required Credential(s):
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

  • Diploma

  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required

Work Experience:

  • None required.
