Coordinates high quality patient care in the Cardiovascular Invasive Lab. Provides staff support though facilitation, coaching, and role-modeling leadership behaviors which enhance quality patient care, excellent customer service, and fosters employee development. This person will have direct oversight of the day to day operation in the Toledo Hospital and Flower Hospital Cardiac Services Invasive Lab.
Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program.
Years of Experience: Must have Electrophysiology Lab or Cath Lab experience; prefer both scrubbing and circulating experience.
License: RN with current licensure in the State of Ohio OR a Certified Electrophysiology Technologist (RCES, CEPS, CRAT, RCIS)
Certification: CPR, BLS
