The Card Implementation Strategist is responsible for driving operational excellence within card payments. This role will manage internal and external partners to drive customer experience KPIs. This role will also partner with internal customers to identify points of friction, build a business case, set requirements, and advocate for customer experience improvement projects. This role is required to serve as a hands-on analyst, resolving escalations, gathering data and driving projects to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing operational relationships with business teams, internal and external partners - Driving teams to deliver on performance commitments

  • Effectively articulate voice of the customer data to business teams for project prioritization and alignment

  • Recommending, grounding (with data and financial justification) and driving cross-functional projects to improve customer pain points across payments products

  • Resolving customer impacting issues with technology teams

  • Interfacing with business and technical customers, gathering requirements and producing data-driven analysis

  • Partnering with internal teams to support new products or functionality

  • Developing and refining metrics for assessing performance and trends

  • Achieve operational excellence through the design and delivery of processes and control systems that are aligned to target market segments and by ensuring all significant risks have been identified, assessed, and appropriately managed or mitigated

  • Manage product operations, including compliance-related processes and card account maintenance

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7-10 years relevant experience

  • Understanding of card banking products and channels

  • Data driven and can successfully obtain and use data to support arguments

  • Previous experience in which high levels of initiative, judgment, and tact has been demonstrated

  • Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills and ability to prioritize issues, understand and communication performance metrics

  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams with credibility

The Treasury Management Specialist position is responsible for the implementation of all Treasury Management products, including Online Banking, ACH, Wires, Remote Deposit, Lockbox Positive Pay and Sweeps. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, training customers on how to effectively utilize the products in accordance with their business needs, obtaining all necessary account information and documentation (contracts and legal entity docs) from the customer for new account set up and finally an introduction between the client and their new Dedicated Servicing associate. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Obtains necessary documentation, account opening, and onboard for all Treasury Management products and cash management services. * Creates and coordinates execution of all agreements in relation to all Treasury Management products and cash management services. Assists with training internal customers on all Treasury Management products. * Schedules installation and training with external customers for all Treasury Management products via telephone, webinar, or onsite sessions. * Assists with maintaining implementation procedures and Treasury Management product guides * Orders and verifies receipt of customer supply orders (i.e. check scanners, checks, deposit slips, endorsement stamps, etc.). * Ensure all new and existing accounts are properly charged and linked for Analysis Charges, or has the appropriate exception approvals if applicable. * Communicates effectively with all internal and external customers on pending items and issues with Treasury Management accounts and products. * Works with Treasury Management sales staff to create presentations and demonstrate new products to both existing and new customers. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
