We are seeking an experienced and success-driven individual to join our sales team! Our ideal candidate would be motivated to learn about our exciting inventory, have exceptional customer service skills, be self-driven, and have a strong will to succeed. Our sales staff guide potential customers from their very first contact with our store through the buying process, including regular follow-up via phone, email, and text before and after the sale.

Qualifications

Car Sales Representative/Consultant Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience is required. Experience in a luxury dealer setting preferred.

• The position requires strong communication skills and moderate computer proficiency to accommodate the daily use of multiple systems.

• Professional appearance and demeanor, and a self-directed "can-do" attitude are also a must.

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen, THC not screened for.
